Linley Hawkes

Our Associate Linley joined the Davenports Harbour Property team in August 2017. She specialises in commercial property advising on the sale and purchase of property, negotiating and preparing agreements, undertaking due diligence investigations and advising on all aspects of commercial leases for both landlord and tenant clients. She also has a broad range of experience with cross leases, unit titles, subdivisions, financing, lending and securities. 

Outside of work, Linley enjoys spending time with family and friends and going on outings to the theatre, movies and local North Shore cafes for coffee.
