Rachel Lee: Legal Executive - Property 

 

Rachel is a Legal Executive in the property team and joined Davenports Harbour in 2012. She has been working in the legal field since 2003. Before joining Davenports, Rachel worked at a Ponsonby law firm as a Legal Executive/Office Manager. She is an Associate member of the NZ Institute of Legal Executives.

Rachel specialises in residential property, refinancing/restructuring, subdivisions and unit title developments. She particularly enjoys the complexities of subdivision work and has a wealth of knowledge in this area.  Rachel is professional yet personable and enjoys working with clients to achieve results efficiently, making for a seamless transaction.

Rachel loves reading, holidaying and a wine with friends.
